I would like to thank you so much for the very nice present we got from Mr. JJ on you behalf!

We appreciated it a lot and once again let me say we are very grateful for the very nice tour we are enjoying throughout Indochina.

Our guides and drivers in Vietnam, Cambodia and now in Laos wereare very good, and the accomodations and restaurants always very nice.

We will definitely recommend your travel agency and the tour to anyone we can.

Hello

We are home now and I expected some kind of a feedback request from you but so far got nothing, and decided to send one anyway.

First of all I wanted to thank you in the name of the whole group for a very successful trip. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. The itinerary was well planned, the guides were knowledgeable and caring, the vans were in good condition and comfortable.

I would like to point out several things that were less than 100% - maybe it will be useful to you in the future:

a- the english accent of some of the guides was very bad and we could hardly understand them. Our best guide was Dara in Phnom Penh, unfortunately he was with us only for one day. Chum in Hanoi and Ky in HCM city were also good, The others were also good and warm and kind and we loved them all, but sometimes we had hard time to understand them, maybe because we are not native english speakers

b- most of the hotels were good. The worst was in Phnom Penh - small and smelly rooms and awful maitenance. The one in Siem Reap had nice rooms, but lots of maitenance problems. The same goes for the hotel in Sapa - they had serious problems with the hot water supply, which was extremely annoying.

c- the itinerary was almost perfect, but I think the time in Siem Reap was too long, 2 days would be quite enough, and it could be nice to spend one more day in Hoi An or Hue.

Thank you for everything. We had a very good and interesting experience and will certainly recommend your company to our friends

Vietnam Group Trip - Thanks Ms Nhy (Kathy)

Having just returned from our trip to Vietnam, we would like to thank TNK Travel and particularly Ms. Nhu who has done such a wonderful job of organizing our group of 10 Aussies on a fantastic trip around this beautiful country.
This is the second trip that Kathy has put together at my request and both times have been fautless. Nothing is too much for Kathy - changing arrangements on the go to suit our particular requirements and always in contact to ensure that we are having a great time.
Fantastic also were all the TNK guides that we had the pleasure to meet and travel with. They are so passionate about their country and so knowledgable as well that we couldn't help but be fasinated by the scenery, the people and the culture. Thanks so much to JJ in Ho Chi Minh City, Quyen in Hanoi and the ever smiling Zoom Zoom in Sapa. We will keep in touch. Thanks again TNK - Your services and people are a credit to Vietnam - Cam o'n!

Vietnam packaged tour

Dear Ms Hang Vo,

Apologies for not writing sooner. We've been back in Sydney now for almost a month but our holiday in Vietnam seems ages ago now.

We would like thank you for all you help in organising our itinerary on our recent trip to Vietnam . The hotels were excellent with very comfortable accommodation and great service. Breakfasts were excellent although we thought the Hilton in Hanoi had the best croissants!

We had a good balance of organised tours and free time and we particularly enjoyed the cooking class in Hoi An. The tours of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Chu Chi tunnels were fascinating. The trip to Ha Lung Bay was quite long, but the cruise at the end of it was worthwhile.

They tour guides and drivers you organised were punctual and attentive and it was a great relief to meet them when we arrived at the various airports. Their stories and descriptions and the information they provided was very interesting and helped paint a fuller picture of Vietnam for us. They were able to answer most of our questions and through our conversations with them, we were able to learn something about their own lives in Vietnam.

We did have a little difficulty understanding our first guide in Hanoi, but he made up for it with his enthusiasm. The other three guides all had very good English.
Please pass on our thanks to each of them.

I have already passed on your details to a friend and would have no hesitation about using you again or recommending your company to others wishing to visit your beautiful country.

Mekong Delta Tour to Phnompenh ( Oct 28th 08 )

Dear Ms Nhu Y

My husband and I have now returned to New Zealand from our very memorable holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. TNK booked the Mekong Tour to Phnom Penh for us and our tour guide was JJ. Our Mekong tour was wonderful, mostly due to JJ who looked after us so well in every way. JJ was a very professional, friendly and helpful guide.

We would be very grateful if you could forward this email to JJ's manager. We would highly recommend JJ as a tour guide for any foreign visitor to your country.

We would like to make one small suggestion about the tour. It would have been helpful to have the correct Cambodia Visa forms prior to our departure on the boat to Phnom Penh. Before our departure from New Zealand, we did download forms from the Cambodian Embassy web site - bu 
we did download forms from the Cambodian Embassy web site - but on the day, the Cambodian Customs required a different form.

The only other comment we would like to offer, and this has nothing to do with the TNK Mekong Tour itself, but we were very concerned about the terrible living condition for the two bears at the Crocodile Park. If you can provide any influence to help these bears, we are sure they would appreciate this.

In a trip where any thing that could go wrong did, it was great to arrive somwhere and know that at least our hotel booking was hassle free.

Return trip to HCMC

We have just returned from our second trip to Vietnam. This trip we only had 5 nights in HCMC and surrounding areas. We took two of our friends with us and again used the excellent services of TNK Travel and their fantastic team. Our tours were wonderful, our days flew by filled with great information, delightful eating experiences, wonderful sights and a truly amazing time was had by each one of us! Thank you TNK and we can't wait to return once again.

A wonderful trip to Dac Danh Vietnam

Dear Mr Dac Danh

We have recently arrived back home in England following our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia with your company and felt we must write to you to let you know what a fantastic time we had in your beautiful country. We were thoroughly impressed with all our guides and drivers with their knowledge, consideration and professionalism. Everyone we met in Vietnam was extremely friendly and welcoming.

In particular we would like you to pass on our grateful thanks to Mr. Ky in Ho Chi Minh city who was extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful ambassador for your country. We will certainly be recommending his services to any friends of ours who may be visiting in the future.

Please also pass on our good wishes to Cheng in Cambodia and Cam in Hue - both of whom made our visits to their areas extremely enjoyable.

Finally may we also ask you to pay a particular thanks Hoa in Hanoi for making the last few days of our stay so memorable and also amusing. He was a great guide and good company, we hope one day to be able to return to Hanoi and hope that Hoa may be able to be our guide for a trip into Sapa. We shall certainly be recommending him to friends.
