Thank you for a very successful tour. The clients were very satisfied ! Mr Ky was excellent as was his assistant, Khan(?). The transport, accommodation, and the food provided was very good. Your staff support was outstanding and the organisation of the various stages went smoothly; a testament TNK travel.

I would like to change a few aspects of the itinerary for our proposed tours for next year. I will forward some ideas at a later stage.

We are currently determining our dates for next year and will let you know as soon as possible.

Just a short note to let you know that we are now safely back in Seoul after an extremely enjoyable, fascinating and relaxing 10 day tour of Vietnam.  The tour package exceeded our expectations in all respects: the guides were great, the accommodations were excellent, the tours fascinating (and the diving in Nha Trang was very good as well).
 
I would recommend this tour and TNK Travel to my colleagues without hesitation.

Feedback on Mekong Delta Tour

My daughter and I joined a tour of the Mekong delta aboard the Le Cochinchine during the early part of June.

We very much enjoyed the trip, the accomodation on board was very good (we appreaciated the air conditioning!)

The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, it was a fantastic expereince which was well organised and executed. I would not hesitate to use your services again.

We very much appreciated our tour guide Mr Pham Van Hai and our driver Duc.
Hai's English was very good and we enjoyed all the informative snippets of information he had to share.
His knowledge of the areas that we travelled through was extensive and we enjoyed finding out many things about Vietnam
We came away with a better understanding of life in Vietnam and life on the Mekong.
Hai answered many of our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humour.

We would all happily recommend Hai as a guide.

I just had an e-mail from my friend Martin Purvis about his trip to Vietnam. He is absolutely delighted with all the work you did. Thanks for taking such good care of him. I'm not surprised. As I tell everyone, TNK is the best outfit in Vietnam! Martin says he is hoping to go to Cambodia on his next trip. Can you help in Cambodia?

"Our visit to Viet Nam was fantastically good, and I very much appreciate for your advice and assistance.  I never met Djung in person, but we spoke on the phone a few times, and his arrangements were all superb.  Even though we arrived two days late because of a travel snafu, he managed to rearrange all of our excursions.  He also arranged for us to have vegetarian food throughout our trip.  I would heartily recommend his organisation to anyone else."

2 weeks Mekong delta tour and Phu Quoc island

Dear TNK Team, dear Luu vo

I visit in the last 2 years alone or with group tours many times Vietnam.
Last trip in 2007 I fund for the Mekong delta tour a tour operator in Phnom Penh and partner office in Chau Doc, Vietnam.
This tour was very cheap but!!! also very simple in service, accommodations, food and organization!
This year in February I had a group of 10 Swiss guests and I was happy to here from TNK travel agency in Saigon.
The secretary Luu vo was a great organizer and she send me quickly a package of a tour around the Mekong Delta during 2 weeks.
We had our private guide Mr. Ky, a friendly Vietnamese. He had doing for us the best job and he show us beautiful famous places away from the big tourist groups.

Two destinations was not so good standard and could be better for next time!
We would enjoy in Can Tho one night in homestay leaving but the bungalows was not only very old, there was not clean and during the night we had no water!
A similar situation we fund on the island Phu Quoc in the Tropical Resort. One of the nicest place so close to the beach under a lot of palm trees, but the quality of the bungalows was less then medium.

Anyway all of my guests enjoy this Vietnam trip and we can recommend TNK one of the best tour operator in Vietnam.
