We have recently returned from our third trip to Vietnam arranged once again by TNK Travel's staff, Luu Vo, Dac Danh and hosted by our wonderful guide "JJ" and excellent driver in HCMC and our great guide Quyen and terrific driver Thanh in Hanoi. All your staff are so reliable, helpful, courteous and informative. We always enjoy their company so much and really miss them when we have to part. Thank you so very much for another excellent holiday, great hotels and a wonderful tour. Each time we visit we include new locations and we will return again and will certainly use the services of TNK. Thank you also for the souvenir gift it is very thoughtful.

Vietnam packaged tour

Dear Ms Hang Vo,

Apologies for not writing sooner. We've been back in Sydney now for almost a month but our holiday in Vietnam seems ages ago now.

We would like thank you for all you help in organising our itinerary on our recent trip to Vietnam . The hotels were excellent with very comfortable accommodation and great service. Breakfasts were excellent although we thought the Hilton in Hanoi had the best croissants!

We had a good balance of organised tours and free time and we particularly enjoyed the cooking class in Hoi An. The tours of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Chu Chi tunnels were fascinating. The trip to Ha Lung Bay was quite long, but the cruise at the end of it was worthwhile.

They tour guides and drivers you organised were punctual and attentive and it was a great relief to meet them when we arrived at the various airports. Their stories and descriptions and the information they provided was very interesting and helped paint a fuller picture of Vietnam for us. They were able to answer most of our questions and through our conversations with them, we were able to learn something about their own lives in Vietnam.

We did have a little difficulty understanding our first guide in Hanoi, but he made up for it with his enthusiasm. The other three guides all had very good English.
Please pass on our thanks to each of them.

I have already passed on your details to a friend and would have no hesitation about using you again or recommending your company to others wishing to visit your beautiful country.

Reflections

We have just returned from Vietnam and had a wonderful time. We spent five days in HCMC and five in Hanoi. The sights, sounds and smells were a great experience. Many thanks to TNK travel and Mr Vu who helped organise the Halong Bay 2 day/1 night cruise. They also organised accomodation, at a price way cheaper then what we could manage.

Again, many thanks,and we would recommend TNK to anyone.

I was a little dubious about sending paymnet and booking over the internet, however, I can only say how impressed I was with the professionalism and service I received from TNK Travel.. I would thoroughly recommend this travel company to everyone - and although I only did Cambodia - I would encourage people to do Vietnam and Laos as well.. My experience with TNK was overwhelmingly impressed and the accom was fantastic.. If you are thinking of booking with this company - do not hesitate, the guides and drivers are informative, passionate, helpful and pleasant in every way..

I just had an e-mail from my friend Martin Purvis about his trip to Vietnam. He is absolutely delighted with all the work you did. Thanks for taking such good care of him. I'm not surprised. As I tell everyone, TNK is the best outfit in Vietnam! Martin says he is hoping to go to Cambodia on his next trip. Can you help in Cambodia?

Vietnam Group Trip - Thanks Ms Nhy (Kathy)

Having just returned from our trip to Vietnam, we would like to thank TNK Travel and particularly Ms. Nhu who has done such a wonderful job of organizing our group of 10 Aussies on a fantastic trip around this beautiful country.
This is the second trip that Kathy has put together at my request and both times have been fautless. Nothing is too much for Kathy - changing arrangements on the go to suit our particular requirements and always in contact to ensure that we are having a great time.
Fantastic also were all the TNK guides that we had the pleasure to meet and travel with. They are so passionate about their country and so knowledgable as well that we couldn't help but be fasinated by the scenery, the people and the culture. Thanks so much to JJ in Ho Chi Minh City, Quyen in Hanoi and the ever smiling Zoom Zoom in Sapa. We will keep in touch. Thanks again TNK - Your services and people are a credit to Vietnam - Cam o'n!

We have returned from our very enjoyable tour of Vietnam and I wanted to thank you for your assistance with our arrangements. All went very smoothly and all the people who helped us were very nice.

The hotels were all good with the exception of Hai Phong Hotel which was not very clean.

We changed to the Hoi An Beach Resort (instead of the Glory Hotel) before leaving HCMC and we really enjoyed that.

Indochina Tour

My husband & I have just arrived home to Australia after a sensational three week private/tailored tour to Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos. Our holiday was arranged by TNK Travel & they have been absolutely fantastic! From my first email inquiry to the tour operator staff & the immediate response from Luu Vo with a prosposed itinery. The second contact person was Dac Danh in sales & the bookings of all our hotels, flights, tours & lunches were exceptional. Finally our guides & drivers in all three countries were all excellent (especially "JJ" in HCM and Hui from Hue). They were very professional, knowledgeable & ensured our comfort & safety at all times. It was a stress & hassle free experience from beginning to end which becomes important as we get older. We now have every intention of returning to spend more time in HCM and Hanoi & to visit other towns & villages that we did not get to this time.

We will definitely use TNK Travel again next time as we believe it would be impossible to get better value and service by any other means. We highly recommend!

2 weeks Mekong delta tour and Phu Quoc island

Dear TNK Team, dear Luu vo

I visit in the last 2 years alone or with group tours many times Vietnam.
Last trip in 2007 I fund for the Mekong delta tour a tour operator in Phnom Penh and partner office in Chau Doc, Vietnam.
This tour was very cheap but!!! also very simple in service, accommodations, food and organization!
This year in February I had a group of 10 Swiss guests and I was happy to here from TNK travel agency in Saigon.
The secretary Luu vo was a great organizer and she send me quickly a package of a tour around the Mekong Delta during 2 weeks.
We had our private guide Mr. Ky, a friendly Vietnamese. He had doing for us the best job and he show us beautiful famous places away from the big tourist groups.

Two destinations was not so good standard and could be better for next time!
We would enjoy in Can Tho one night in homestay leaving but the bungalows was not only very old, there was not clean and during the night we had no water!
A similar situation we fund on the island Phu Quoc in the Tropical Resort. One of the nicest place so close to the beach under a lot of palm trees, but the quality of the bungalows was less then medium.

Anyway all of my guests enjoy this Vietnam trip and we can recommend TNK one of the best tour operator in Vietnam.
