Hi,

Although we didn't contact you directly (your services were booked by Orbita, a portuguese travel agency) we would like to thank you for the excellent 3 weeks holiday that you provided us last March.

The hotels were very good and the homestays exceeded our expectations. The food was just delicious. We had no problem at all in eating vegetarian. The guides and drivers were great, friendly and helpful, especially M. Manh in Sapa, who was incredibly professional and made sure that our needs were met at all times. Although we enjoyed the all trip very much, the tour in Sapa was the one that we liked most.

We were just a little disapointed with the program change made in Cat Ba island. We just stayed overnight there. For some reason (which we couldn't understand) we had to come back to Halong early in the morning instead of doing the long treck in the island. It was a pitty. Cat Ba is so beautiful.

Vietnam will stay in our hearts!

My family just came back after a wonderful trip in Vietnam last month. Thank you very much for your supports and your well organized tour from Mekong Delta to Dalat, NhaTrang, Hoi An, Hue,Ha Noi and Halong Bay. This is my first time I travel with TNK and I was impressed by TNK staffs, the tour guides. Everything is on schedule. The guides and drivers are very friendly and helpful. They were always on time. We spent most of our time with Mr. Binh in our trip; he helped and took good care of us at all time during the trip. Sometime I felt like he were my body guard. We missed him. All guides were excellent and the service your company provided was of the top order. Our only criticsm would be that some of the hotels provide standard, rather than superior rooms. On our next trip to your delightful country we will most definately call on your services but will use 4 star hotels. We had a FANTASTIC time in Vietnam, definetely will be back. I have recommended you to some of my cieints and friends so please do not be surprised if you hear from some people from Paris or UK.

Our guides were excellent, we loved Quang who took us to the Cu Chi tunnels, Trang in Hanoi and Visal in Siem Reap - then a lovely girl who picked us up in Danang airport!!!! Please tell them all a special thanks!! The trips were nice too and the service overall, great!!!!

We will def use TNK the next time in Vietnam - wish you continued success!!
