The month long individualized tour in Vietnam was amazing. Instead of describing the details which were attended to with perfection, we must commend TNK for every aspect of this trip. I recently arranged with TNK travel for a tour through Vietnam for a group of 59. Everything was organised on time and to a very high standard. You staff...drivers, bus assistants and most of all our guides were wonderful, friendly and helpful. This tour resulted because of a previous year 2010 group travel of 44 was just as amazing.

Feedback on Mekong Delta Tour

My daughter and I joined a tour of the Mekong delta aboard the Le Cochinchine during the early part of June.

We very much enjoyed the trip, the accomodation on board was very good (we appreaciated the air conditioning!)

The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, it was a fantastic expereince which was well organised and executed. I would not hesitate to use your services again.

We have returned from our very enjoyable tour of Vietnam and I wanted to thank you for your assistance with our arrangements. All went very smoothly and all the people who helped us were very nice.

The hotels were all good with the exception of Hai Phong Hotel which was not very clean.

We changed to the Hoi An Beach Resort (instead of the Glory Hotel) before leaving HCMC and we really enjoyed that.

I was a little dubious about sending paymnet and booking over the internet, however, I can only say how impressed I was with the professionalism and service I received from TNK Travel.. I would thoroughly recommend this travel company to everyone - and although I only did Cambodia - I would encourage people to do Vietnam and Laos as well.. My experience with TNK was overwhelmingly impressed and the accom was fantastic.. If you are thinking of booking with this company - do not hesitate, the guides and drivers are informative, passionate, helpful and pleasant in every way..

Love TNK

Just revisited the TNK website and thought I would add to the travel guest book. My wife, self, and two friends travelled with TNK in Jan 2008. We started in HCMC, took a bus to Phnom Phen, a ferry to Siem Reap, plane to Hanoi, went trekking at Sapa, cruising on Halong Bay, then train to Hue. From initial emails putting my ideas into a manageable itinerary the organisation was seemless. Transfers, accommodation, driver/guides in Vietnam and Cambodia, our diminutive Hmong guide Shu in Sapa, and our meet and greet in Hanoi, TNK arranged everything brilliantly.

We have since recommended TNK to friends who travelled with them this year and could not speak highly enough of the company. And as a bonus the price for our tour was over one thousand dollars cheaper than equivalent prices quoted by Australian tour operators.

We have just returned home after a month away and one of the first things I wanted to do was thank you for the wonderful 8 days you had organised for us.

First of all we want to thank TNK travel very much for the great Tour we have had.

Everything was perfectly arranged and the Hotels, drivers and guides were great.

You are a very serious and reliable organisation and we will certainly recommend you to our friends and relatives.

We have now a very good impression of your country thanks to all the places you made us visit with all the information given by the guides.

One little notice: your man in Hanoi (or is that you??) told us that he did not have the information about our arrival flight and that he had asked us by mail and phone. But as you can see I had already given that information in my mail from April 15 (see under). But.... no problem our guide was waiting for us at the airport.

Thanks again we had lovely and interesting holidays and all the included meals were delicious.
