Hi Dzung Trinh, As a photographer, I have been travelling South East Asia for 17 years. I have been to vietnam many many times. However this was the highest rating I can ever give to a Vietnam tour operator. I would give a Double A for satifaction index. Worth mentioning is Luc, the tour guide with us to Sapa. Although new in the guide tour business, he really take time to see that we are taken cared of. He eat only when he sees we are well seated. Prompt and courteous, he is always there when needed. The hotel staff in Hanoi are also great. Very courteous and accommodating. I would like to say that the pinnacle of our journey is the surprise New Year's dinner in a cave in Halong bay. We were all taken aback with the setting, live musician, candle light dinner. It is simply magica. The 7 piece acoustic band played really well ( I was a sound engineer in London ) I am glad the tour turned out extremely well because I have hesitant in the beginning as I don't know your company. We very much enjoyed staying at Sasco Blue Lagoon Resort/Phu Quoc and Windsor Plaza Hotel/HCM-City, where we met your nice Tour Operator, Miss Dinh Thi Ngoc Phung. Here we spent a very interesting time while visiting a part of the beautiful Vietnam and also Blue Lagoon was excellent for relaxing. Thank you very much for everything it was perfect.

Hello TNK I would like to express my thanks to TNK for the nice tours on 28 and 29 March, for my friend and I. The tour guide Mr Thong was very good in explaining the history and entertaining in his humorous way for the Cu Chi tunnel and Cao Dai Temple . My friend and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Good job! Also, in our tour group on the 28 March to Cu Chi and Cao Dai, with Thong as our guide, there was an American Chinese, who happens to be working in Singapore. The hotel was great, the tours were very good and Mr. Ha and Mr. Kong (driver) were very polite, punctual and informative.

My husband & I have just arrived home to Australia after a sensational three week private/tailored tour to Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos. Our holiday was arranged by TNK Travel & they have been absolutely fantastic! From my first email inquiry to the tour operator staff & the immediate response from Luu Vo with a prosposed itinery. The second contact person was Dac Danh in sales & the bookings of all our hotels, flights, tours & lunches were exceptional. Finally our guides & drivers in all three countries were all excellent (especially "JJ" in HCM and Hui from Hue). They were very professional, knowledgeable & ensured our comfort & safety at all times. It was a stress & hassle free experience from beginning to end which becomes important as we get older. We now have every intention of returning to spend more time in HCM and Hanoi & to visit other towns & villages that we did not get to this time.
We will definitely use TNK Travel again next time as we believe it would be impossible to get better value and service by any other means. We highly recommend! Thank you all for making this our best holiday ever!

Day 1 : Hanoi - Lao Cai 20 : 30 pm - Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to Hanoi railway station for boarding the Express Train to Laocai. Overnight in an air-conditioned soft sleeper cabin (4pax/cabin or 2pax/cabin on request).
Day 2 : Lao Cai -Sapa - Ta Van: 5 hours trekking, 14 km, 3 villages. ( B / L / D ) 6 : 00 am - Arrive at Laocai train station. Welcome by your local guide and driver. Transfer to your hotel in Sapa for breakfast and relaxation. Take a jeep ride into the valley. Cross Muong Hoa River to visit 3 mountainside villages of the H'mong and Dzay peoples. Picnic lunch en route. Dinner and home stay in TaVan village.
Day 3 : Ta Van - Ban Ho 7 hours trekking, 18 km, 3 villages. ( B / L / D ) Have breakfast and leave the family for the next village. Visit the Red Dzao in Giang Ta Chai village by way of terraced paddy fields and bamboo forests. Enjoy the natural beauty of the Silver Waterfall and Rattan Bridge. Cross the river and continue to BanHo village where the Tay people reside. On the way, stop off to meet the Red Dzao and the Black H'mong people in Supan village. Picnic lunch en route. Dinner and home stay with a Tay family in BanHo village.
Day 4 : Ban Ho -Sapa 3 hours trekking of 7 km and 23 km by jeep. ( B / L / D ) Breakfast with the family, then leave the village to see a spectacular waterfall discovered by the French. Enjoy the view, go swimming in the crystal-clear water and return to BanHo to visit the people in the village. Say goodbye to the family and return to the main road to take a jeep back to Sapa. Lunch en route. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at your chosen hotel in Sapa.
Day 5 : Sapa - Lao Cai - Hanoi ( B / _ / _ ) Breakfast at the hotel. At leisure in the morning. Check out of hotel at noon. Lunch on guest’s account. Free until transfer to Laocai train station for boarding the Express to Hanoi (20:15 - 5:00). End of services.
