I am now planning another group tour in July 2011 for a group of 40 (39 pax plus Tour Leader).
The tour group will arrive in HCM City on Saturday 2 July and return to Australia on Sunday 10 July 2011
I have looked on your website and like the ideas in Vietnam Highlights tour commencing in Ho Chi Min City and ending in Hanoi.
Accommodation in standard 2 star hotels will be acceptable.
Could you please prepare a suggested tour outline and cost for my consideration.

We very much appreciated our tour guide Mr Pham Van Hai and our driver Duc. Hai's English was very good and we enjoyed all the informative snippets of information he had to share. His knowledge of the areas that we travelled through was extensive and we enjoyed finding out many things about Vietnam We came away with a better understanding of life in Vietnam and life on the Mekong. Dear Mr Dac Danh We have recently arrived back home in England following our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia with your company and felt we must write to you to let you know what a fantastic time we had in your beautiful country. we are now back in Australia with many wonderful memories of our exciting trip to Vietnam.We wish to thank you personally for assisting us and organizing 2 tours whilst we were in Siagon. The trip to Mekong delta was an absolute highlight,a wonderful,skillful driver,Mr Hung and a most informative and capable guide Huy enabled us to have many great experiences.
Also the lady at the front desk who assisted me in printing out our boarding passes for the next day flights to KL and Melbourne was wonderful and most cooperative. Dear Ms Luu Vo! Now we are back in Sweden since last Monday and here is cold and windy and only 2 degrees, but no snow. We want to thank you for a fantastic journey in your country and in Cambodia. You and your office have done a very good work. Everything was perfect and the three guides we had both in Vietnam, Phnom Pen and Siam Reap were very professional and pleasent. Vi felt very safe the whole time. Please if you can tell them that. We must not forget the chauffeurs who drive us safety. We hope of course that we can come back to Vietnam some time. We liked Ho Chi Minh very much. Some feedback will we give, the hotels have been good, besides the hotel in Siam Reap, where the staff were not so serviceminded. The Con Dao islands will probably be good in a future, when they have cleaned up the beaches and the fishingboats were gone, but the resort and the staff were very nice. The Pu Luong Natura Reserve is an area of outstanding beauty, cultural interest and high biodiversity value stretchingfrom Mai Chau in the north west to Cuc Phuong National Park in the south east. Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau – Pu Luong ( B / L / D ) 3 hours trek
After breakfast we depart Hanoi for Pu Luong Natural Reserve via Mai Chau. This scenic drive takes around 4 hrs. Along the way we pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies. We will reach Mai Chau valley by lunchtime. Following lunch in Pom Coong Village we drive 22km further into the reserve where we begin our trek. We trek for approximately 3 hrs before arriving at Hang Village, which is home to Thai ethnic minority. We spend the night with a local Thai family who will be our hosts in a traditional house built on stilts. Before dinner we can stroll around the village to observe daily life activities of the locals.
Day 2: Trek to Kho Muong Village ( B / L / D ) 6 hours trek and slightly uphill, rock path
This morning we have breakfast in the home stay before we begin the big trek of the day. Today we will be walking for around 6 hrs on a rocky path running through jungle. Lunch stop will be in a village along the way. After lunch we will pass through several Thai villages before arriving at the village of Kho Muong. As the name suggests this is a Muong minority village and we will be their guests for the night.
Day 3: Trek to Cao Hoong Village ( B / L / D ) 6 hours trek and light climbing
Today we have a full day trek as we climb to the Pu Luong range. En route we pass through a number of small hamlets and minority villages. After 3 hr of light ascent we will we will descend to the village of Cao Hoong, a village of Thai ethnic minority people, where we spend the night at home stay in Cao Hoong village.
Day 4: Trek to Cao Village ( B / L / D ) 5 - 6 hours trek and climbing
Our trek through the verdant countryside today will take around 6 hrs. The trek path runs uphill and downhill through forest, rice terraces and scenic villages. On the trek we may see farmers working on rice paddies and children going to school. Lunch break will be in a local village. We spend the night at homestay in the Thai village of Cao village.
Day 5: Cao Village – Canh Nang Town – Mai Chau ( B / L / D ) 4 – 5 hours trek
After breakfast we trek toward Ma River. The trek is quite gentle since we descend a wide-open valley. After 2 hrs trek we will reach Pho Doan Town where we will visit to the local market. Following we trek Ma River, on the way we will see nice view of river, paddies and water wheel. We will be picked up and transferred to Mai Chau for a late lunch. Overnight at home stay in Pom Coong village.
Day 6: Mai Chau – Hanoi ( B / L / _ ) 4 hour trek
Today is a relaxing day. We can take a stroll in Mai Chau Valley to observe daily life activities of the local. Lunch in local house before driving back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 5 pm. Trip completes in Hanoi.
